People with chronic constipation often cycle through a number of OTCs before they even realize they have a chronic condition. This site overhaul reimagined the patient experience from this point-of-view, focusing on where patients are in their treatment journey, rather than which type of chronic constipation they might have.
Through simple questions at the top of key pages, the site guides patients deeper into the content that's most relevant for them. Using strategic cross-linking and content-on-demand strategies, the site was reduced from 112 pages down to 12 core pages, making it easier to navigate and find the right information.
